Hi guys,

Not much to say. It’s very quiet here. As I have nothing special to do, I spend my time cooking and sewing, during my free time of course.

The house is still messy, so you won’t get photos of it yet. But I’ve uploaded a few pics so you can see life here through my eyes.

Enjoy!

Next thursday, we’ll move out. I took time to make some photos of our new house in Braives.

Sorry for not updating my site that long, but, well, I had a lot of work these last months.

And what did it bring me? Moving again. But this time we’re going to leave the hasty Herstal for a deep village; Braives.

I had the opportunity to look what kind of entertainment you can find over there, and, well, except watching the fields all around, you have the possibility to do horse riding in every village. The first town is at 45 km from there, the first cinema at 20km …

Why moving there? It’s a decision Revaz and I took. Or we’d kill our old Renault by driving 110km a day (Herstal-Braives), or we’d move closer. And as we don’t have anything to loose, except money and the “city life” (Liège looks already like a big village to us), here we are! Preparing our boxes, spending my day off organizing our move.

For the first time, I’m not looking forward to it. At all :-(

Actually I am not looking forward to anything anymore. I’m back to Belgium. Back to boring life, boring culture, boring  entertainment, boring weather.

The only thing I liked was the Internet speed, which has slowed down since 2 months. If you’re new in the country and still didn’t have the joy of doing paperwork, I advise you to go to a medium 6 months before moving, so you can indicate your new address to the stupid Belgacom company. I’ve just learned it will take at least 6 weeks before they come and activate the phone line, than we’ll need to wait another 4 weeks to have the internet activated.

So, let’s remain calm and keep smiling :-) ))))))))))))  (someone help me getting outta here!)

Third day in Belgium already.

I finally feel better. Our travel was really long and hard but we’re fine.

So the first nice thing was the present from Revaz. I definitely needed a new cell phone as I put glue on my previous one.

Here is the beauty, simple but nice.

Hi guys!

I know…it has been a while. I just had nothing special to write you these last days.

It’s a bit boring here in Belgium, especially with the weather we have for the moment.

I start to get bored from everything; my house, the Internet, food, sad about what happened to “stage6″. Damn, I miss movies! But ok, it’s time to move forward and guess what? 4 days left before our trip to Crete.

Last weekend I went to visit my family for the last time. Today I’ve started to prepare our luggages. I really had no motivation for it, so I just let everything upside down in the living room and will try to continue tomorrow.

When you go on holiday, you’re really happy to prepare your luggages but after moving every 6 months from one side of the continent to the other side, I really don’t enjoy the “luggages thing” anymore!

We’ll travel by car this year. Last season we didn’t have the opportunity to visit the island and take our time outside the hotel but this year we’ll have no more excuses.

So I just hope to see you guys soon in Kalimera Kriti. I hope this year will start as I wish. I need full Action! I hope we’ll have young guests that wish to party and enjoy their day. “Fare Niente” is forbidden guys! Music, summer party, action!

Ok, till this time, we’ll finish to prepare the new Karaoke list, and all the rest.

Ciao Ciao
